Repeat Prescriptions

You can obtain your repeat prescription either by using the repeat prescription form that you are given with your prescription at time of issue, or in writing, noting all patient details, or POD.

Patients may receive repeat prescriptions via post, as long as a SAE is enclosed. Repeat prescriptions may also be arranged through the local chemist, who will bring the prescription to the surgery and collect it once it has been completed.

You can now obtain your  repeat prescription online- please contact reception and complete the online access form.

Prescriptions are also available via EPS (Electronic Prescription Service)

If you recieve regular prescriptions, your prescriptions will be sent via EPS to your nominated chemist.  To set this up you will either need to contact your chemist or speak to a member of the reception team.

Other prescriptions/antibiotics

The doctor will not prescribe you any medications other than repeat prescriptions without either seeing you or speaking to you on the telephone.  Please contact the surgery for an appointment or alternatively a telephone consultation and the doctor will then be able to ascertain whether a prescription is necessary.
