COMPLIMENTS AND COMPLAINTS

Complaints
We have an in-House complaints procedure to respond to patient's grievances.  If you have any complaints about any aspect of our services please contact Mrs Agrawal, Practice Manager, in the first instance and we will do our upmost to resolve any problems.  If a complaint arises our aim is to explain any misunderstanding, to reconcile any disagreement or to make a commitment to change a faulty or ineffective practice policy. If you use the procedure it will not affect your right to complain to the Primary Care Trust. If you have a problem please contact the Practice Manager who will explain the process.

Comments and Suggestions
We are always interested to hear your comments and suggestions about the Practice. If you have a query regarding a medical matter please telephone reception to make an appointment to see either the nurse or the doctor; which ever is appropriate.

We also like to hear from you when we have done something good. Please write to the Practice Manager if you are happy about the care we have given you, or feel that you would like to commend any aspect of your treatment or any particular member(s) of the Practice Team — we would like to hear from you.
